PROPA exists because two women, Sarah and Sophie, decided the property recruitment world needed a little more integrity, a lot more honesty, and a touch more humour.
We’re the duo behind the brand: a two-woman powerhouse fueled by strong values, strong coffee, and an even stronger shared love of dogs and beers. Individually, we’re great. Together? Unstoppable. At least that’s what we tell ourselves, and no one has argued yet.
Our partnership is built on trust, transparency & not overcomplicating things. We keep it real, keep it human, and keep it fun.

Meet Sarah
Sarah’s reputation in recruitment speaks for itself. Give her five minutes, or speak to any of her clients, and you’ll quickly see why. With over 12 years in the industry, the last 6 of which have been solely in the property industry, Sarah’s honesty, care and passion steer everything she does. She has a little black book to die for, a straight-talking but kind approach, an inability to be anything but completely honest and authentic, and she’s a proper good laugh too.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find her surrounded by dogs, or with a pint, or at a gig… in an ideal world she’d combine all three at once. Fun fact: her husband AND dog are both called Phil. Imagine the chaos.
Meet Sophie
12 years of recruitment experience and Sophie never underestimates the ripple effect her work has – on a client’s business, their team, and someone’s actual livelihood. She knows a career move can be life-changing, so she handles every step with genuine care. Work with Sophie and you’ll be in the loop, prepped, calm, and never ambushed by pressure, nonsense sales tactics, or fairy-tale promises.
When she’s not matchmaking people and businesses, you’ll find her at a gig, sipping very pale rosé, or off on an adventure with her sausage dog Bettie, her son Bobby, and her husband Adam (known to most as Boothy). She also gets her endorphins from her local run club and the gym – mainly so she can justify the rosé.

Meet Bettie: our miniature dachshund with maximum attitude. Don’t let her size fool you – she’s got the bark of a Rottweiler and the confidence to match. Beneath the sass, though, she’s a total softie. Win her over with a belly rub, and you’ve got a loyal friend (and personal security detail) for life.

Meet Phil: our resident morale booster and full-time foodie. Friendly, loyal, and always ready for a snack, he keeps spirits high and the office smiling. He may not recruit, but he’s absolutely essential to team wellbeing… and he knows it.
