Hale, OTE £50,000+, plus company car 

Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays for appointments 

About the role

We are working with a highly respected independent estate agency with a strong presence across the North West. With over 30 years in the industry and a genuinely personal, partner-led culture, this estate agency has built a reputation for delivering a service that’s second to none across sales, lettings and property management.

They’re now looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of their Hale branch. You’ll be leading the team, driving new business, and growing the branch’s profitability, all while becoming a familiar and trusted face in the local community.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing, motivating and developing the branch team to deliver consistently high performance
• Owning branch forecasting and P&L, tracking performance against targets and taking action to close any gaps
• Winning new listings and instructions, driving business development across sales and lettings
• Growing the branch’s overall profitability through effective leadership and commercial decision-making
• Embedding yourself within the local area to build the branch’s profile, reputation and market share
• Networking with local businesses, contacts and referral sources to generate new opportunities
• Mentoring team members and providing guidance and support to help them develop in their roles
• Working 1 in 3 Saturdays to cover appointments 

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager within an estate agency 
• People and team management experience 
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience of branch forecasting and P&L management
• A demonstrable track record of winning new business and listings
• Excellent leadership, communication and mentoring skills
• A confident, proactive networker, comfortable building relationships within the local community
• Knowledge of, or connections within, the Hale area is ideal but not essential. A willingness to embed yourself in the area and build a network from scratch is just as valuable.
• A full, valid UK driving licence
